McCormick's Lighting

Sorted us out for exactly what we were looking for, very helpful.

We purchased a LED light from McCormicks for the study for $189.95. We were shown the internal parts of the item and told we could connect the unit ourselves. We were also told that the various holes in the base needed to be plugged before installation to stop bugs entering.
When we arrived home we opened the box and discovered that the item was "used". There was an irregular jagged hole in the base and some scratches around the pre drilled holes.
We returned the item to the store for a refund. A refund was refused, and he would only replace the item,;the owner denied he knew the item was used. He was agressive and called my wife a "nasty person"
He also went outside and took the licence number of her car. At no time did my wife raise her voice or get angry.
The item we purchased contained no information sheet, warranty, or place of manufacture.
Our experience is one of extreme disappointment and we will certainly never recommend this lighting store to anyone.

I have been a customer for many years and recently I had a problem with a light I purchased some time ago. We now live in Italy and after contacting Geoff by email and discussing the problem with him he has arranged a replacement for me. I am very impressed with the quality of service which was professional, timely and friendly. I would recommend the business to anyone. Thanks again Geoff.
