Contacted them to build some cabinetry. Was told they would come out to quote and they did not turn up. Had to contact them to organize another time. Once they did come out we got excuse after excuse as to why plans were not drawn up (at one point they blamed us for this dealy, when it was in no way our fault). When we did eventually get plans they were incorrect. Were told we would get revised plans, however, have never received them. We were then told they had ordered our doors from the suppliers and would have them within 4 weeks, which was 2.5 months ago. In total this happened over a 9 month period, we have decided to go with another provider.

Definitely cannot recommend this business. I'm a retired worker from the construction industry and this is the worst run business I've ever experienced. We started the ball rolling on a built in display cabinet in December 2015. After many excuses, failing to return phone calls and just general poor communication, the cabinet was finally installed on the 1st. of November 2017. However due to the cabinetry not fitting well in two spots it was decided that some small mouldings be installed to cover the gaps. We have either dropped in to the factory or made many phone calls chasing up for this last part of the installation to be done. It is now March 2017 and the job is still not finished. Very disappointing.

Wouldn't recommend this business. They "forgot" to meet the appointment for a quote so had to ring them to remind them. A week later we hadn't received the quote, so again we rang them. We were told we would have the quote the next day.....that was a week and a half ago and we still haven't received the quote!
