Evandale Practice

Incredibly thankful for the informative and compassionate support from my Dr at Evandale. They are a very busy practice so at times reception can be overloaded, but the treating team is fantastic.

While I love the Dr. I see at the clinic, the office manager, Nako, is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment. Being a foreigner in Australia, I was trying to ask questions regarding prescription refills and appointments. Nako would not even acknowledge I was asking a question, kept talking over me and rudely said "I've made the appointment" and hung up on me. I kept saying, wait a minute, I am trying to ask a question. I had to call back and talk to another receptionist to get my questions answered. Seems like nako would do well with a course on customer service. I'm surprised that such a great clinic would keep a manager who has no people skills around. What a pity for the patients and what a made impression this sets, especially for new patients.
