Do not use

I had a terrible experience

#1 My quote was not complete in that damage I specifically spoke about to the onsite assessor and that I rang Bach to confirm against my other quotation was not covered.

#2 The works on my car were delayed on three occasions, twice due to miss an ordering parts as the assessor didn't have the correct parts numbers and a third time when the car was returned to me with work incomplete.

#3 I had to extend my hire car twice, this company would not extend a courtesy car and or even come to the table with half the extended hire car fees.

#4 I was charged for a part on my car that was not ordered or installed. I checked my reciept as so many of the part numbers were incorrect. Apparently an oversight on their behalf

#5 I was told that the Autoshop could not process their own refund even though I paid on credit card and the refund is approx $160-$180 and that I would be contacted by accounts from head office.

#6 I have not had my emails returned. I have rung and not been able to speak with Tony the manager, he'll get back to me. it's been 8 weeks since my car was in 5 weeks since my refund was acknowledged and I am yet to have an email or call returned or contact from accounting..

Terrible service, the job was so troublesome, I would not recommend.

Poor service

I would recommend you avoid.

I was quoted incorrectly.

Parts were incorrectly ordered and then claimed to be mis delivered.

Due to this the works were delayed on 3 occasions.

I had to extend my hire car 2 times and go without a car altogether when it had to go back in a second time for incomplete repairs.

I was charged for a part that was not ordered or fitted, I realised when I got the car home.

I was told the overcharge would be looked into. I was then told that the Body shop didn't have the ability to refund my money even though they took my payment in shop and it was on a card.

I was told I would be contacted by accounts, I was not!

I emailed, with no response!

I followed up again, I was told it would be checked on and that I would be contacted, I was not!

I followed up again to see if I could get a direct accounts contact, I was told that the Autoshop did not deal with accounts and that I would be contacted, I was not!

It has been 8 weeks since my car went in, 6 weeks since I was overcharged, I have been waiting for a refund for 5 weeks.

My emails have not been returned, my phonecalls have not been returned.

This business does not uphold a proffessional standard their service is poor. I seem to have no recourse.. apart from reviewing.
