Blinds 2 Go

I have tried a few times to ring the All Blinds & Bits but it just keeps saying your call could not be connected or disconnected. This is no way to run a business as customers are very important. I was calling them for a part I was told that they may have for my outside blind

I have tried to ring the company to see if they have a product but when you ring the phone number from the website it says its disconnected
