Absolutely terrible. No customer service . Don’t waist your time and money.

Had iPhone screen replaced, it was really dark & pay wave didn't work, told to go home and up date the software. Did this, then half the screen was covered in lines (worse outcome). I wouldn't waste your time or money. Happened with a previous phone as well, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking my other iPhone was old.

Incredible team of helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my Samsung phone on the apot

This guy should not be in business! I took my laptop in 3 months ago and after being run around, phone calls not returned, visiting multiple times and promises of a few more days, still "didn't get around to looking at it."



The whole business is so unorganised. Every time I go in I have to explain who I am and what I'm waiting for.



It took them a month to even look at my laptop and then realised it needed a part that would take 2 weeks to arrive. Apart from a phone call on the day they realised they needed a new part, I had to chase them for updates. I called on two occasions and both times was told he'd call me back in 30 minutes. He never did.

So to get any answers, I had to go in to the store and each time there was an excuse why it wasn't done yet and to come back next week.



So today was the last straw. I just took back my laptop and will have to find somewhere else to fix it now.



Disgusted and appalled at this whole experience. You've been warned!

Very bad service. my phone after 9 days with them is still broken.

IF you need to get your phone repaired on the Gold Coast Gadget Hospital is definitely the place to go. My iphone cracked screen was repaired instantly by one of the very friendly technicians who was only too happy to assist my and to the job done very quickly.

I had my screen replaced here, a week later the screen was dead and had to return to replace again. Which took a week for them to do. On picking up my phone, the sim tray was missing. Within 3 weeks the screen had become over sensitive but I cracked the screen on the way to get it replaced again, so had to pay them again to replace the screen. A week later I pick my phone up from them and it is flat. The phone would not hold any charge and would not turn on. They took no responsibility for this and would only refund me half the cost of the screen i had just payed for as they had purchased the screen. They handed me back my phone with a broken screen as they will be getting a refund from the place they purchased it from. Ridiculous. Rip off and terrible customer service. Very rude phone manner if they answer it. The owner also see's fit to call every woman 'lady'. Don't go here.
