Shocking example for a company 13 months and still don't have the house, I have spent alot of money on this house and still don't have it, they are liars and make up stories about council, main roads are the delay not their fault, stay away, stay away

Bought a house and 7 months later still in limbo . Office staff doing paperwork poorly. They lodge paperwork to council but every time is rejected by council. They don't know what they are doing. They blame others but it's the Office staff. They refused to let you speak to David wright. They refused to answer any questions and are rude and refuse to answer where the house you bought is stored. Be careful just do not use this business

If there is anybody out there,that is looking at purchasing a home from David Wright,we would Highly recommend him.Hubby & l purchased a home from David and the workmanship that was done on the home was absolutely Amazing.We got to choose all the colours of the bench tops cupboards tiles ect!! And the quality of the products are brilliant,they didn't scimp on anything.Sally the office Manager & all the staff are super Friendly.They really go above & beyond.We are so extremely Grateful to David,Sally,Mark & the team.There is no way we could have had a house built for the what David built our home for..So if your thinking of building i would without a doubt go in and have a chat.You wont be disappointed.

Contracted DW to take away house so we could build a new one on site in Caloundra.
PROS
Local company
DW came quickly to site and provided a contract
Recycle home and not add to landfill
Receive money for home
CONS
DW were aggressive, non-communicative and misleading
DW did not meet contractual obligations from their end
DW would not remove home when permit/s were available and considerable delays in removing home occurred as they were very busy (all delays in removal were from DW's end)
DW were hostile towards other building companies i.e. Wright bros
DW left bottom storey and tipped over and left on site (advised this was their common practise)
Site was not cleared
DW unwilling to negotiate a suitable outcome for all parties; we were told "that's the way it is and that is it"
Cost more to remove home with DW than it would have to just demolish
Delays from DW cost us time, money and considerable issues with our builder i.e. weather, trade bookings etc
Removal of negative reviews - I have left reviews prior for DW and they have been removed
IN FUTURE
In writing (if this is even possible) obtain a specific set removal date and a penalty to company if in breach and the means by with which to obtain that penalty
Dont remove home, just demolish and unfortunately add to landfill - the costs in money and time were too high to recycle and do the right thing

I have used David and his team to relocated several houses. I have always found him to offer good service and value for money. Sally, the manager of the office attends to all the paperwork to make it a stress free process. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking to relocate a house :)

Extremely good to deal with. Left the house clean, tidy and looking very straight. Strongly recommended.
