Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting corrupt government contracted corporation, that does nothing to evolve with the times.

Why are there still very long-term unemployed people relying on crumbs received by Centrelink, who're forced to meet policies and obligations that aren't fruitful, but just plain wasteful and dehumanizing?

i.e. majority individuals/jobseekers have access to their own computers/smartphones at home/wifis, why on earth is there policy obligations for people to continue to attend "job search" at these outdated, physical branch locations? when the exact same could be achieved virtually across the internet, whilst mobile?

I hate my mobility being restricted in this way, it's utterly absurd and a major steps backwards. These people really need to move forward, and stop trying to preserve outdated methods that expired long long ago.

Their employees are nothing but neo-nazis, who'll death stare you into oblivion until they can shut you up and keeping feeding you lies. They all behave with corrupt dishonesty, if you want integrity, I would highly suggest you go running in the opposite direction, away from their totalitarian mindsets.

Their questionable practices allows them to act above the law, only until someone decides to call them out for what they're doing, and hold them legally accountable.

National Employment Standards are being breached time and time again, people are being exploited and forced to apply for jobs that don't meet individual criterias; jobseekers are given incomplete job descriptions, where the agency illegally withholds critical information pertaining to the job tasks and requirements, modern award, job titles.

Coercive methods are being utilized to exploit people into accepting and signing job contracts that jobseekers never had the chance to read or even understand.

It is corruption and bribery operating on all levels right to the National Customer Service Line and the National Ombudsman. Your complaints will be dismissed in favor of their corrupt government contracted corporatised "job provider" agencies.

I am really looking forward to when the entire expired establishment withers away and technology moves fast to take over these useless, overpaid, outdated, BS corporate government time-wasters.

Oh and one other thing, if you decide to post your complaint to their Facebook page, they'll track your IP and ban you from posting on it. Censorship is the top priority when it comes to preventing criticism aimed at their illegal activities, and earn them a tarnished reputation.
