Very unhelpful when handset needed to be replaced within the 4 week timeframe from purchase. Because they could not locate another phone locally, the only option was for me to give them my phone, I would then have no phone for 3 to 5 days! Despite being a telephone shop, and me a long term Optus customer, they would not provide me with a replacement phone for the 3 to 5 day period. Incredibly bad customer service.
