Solazone Victoria

We bought from Solazone composting toilet for our Tiny house and had problems straight from the beginning with leaking. The model Separate Tiny was professionally installed, even though it's not required because it should be user installation friendly. We have been reporting this problem to Solazone and been ignored for months. We provided pictures and evidence of the ongoing leaking and once even the toilet flooded the floor. Now imagine how much fun we are having with wiping urine daily and cleaning, unscrewing the whole toilet. Such a poor customer service and disgraceful approach. Also will add that the whole bathroom smells like urine.

I had a disappointing experience dealing with Solazone Victoria. Communication and follow-through were major issues, and I felt that key promises weren’t honoured in the way I expected.



What concerned me further is that after my own experience, I came across a publicly available Courier Mail article describing a Queensland court matter involving Mr Gavey and a solar installation dispute. Reading that made me even more cautious about future dealings.



I’d strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to carry out thorough research.
