The Tech Den

Great aquarium to ship at, really is a one stop shop. Provides both essentials to all freshwater and saltwater and out door aquariums. Fantastic customer service from staff. Would highly recommend !!!!!

I first came across The Tech Den online when I was brand new to fishkeeping - I the team were always so friendly and helpful and patiently answered all of my questions! I have always found ordering online from them fantastic - they have a HUGE range of products from budget brands through to top of the range products to choose from, their prices are significantly cheaper than everywhere else and my orders arrive very quickly and in good condition. Only once in all these years have I received a faulty product - a little digital thermometer stopped working - so I emailed the team at the Tech Den and the promptly sent out a replacement.

This store does not take responsibility for the cheap faulty products they sell, took two phone calls and huge argument to get a refund on the 5 week old air pump we brought from them. Also if their products break don't bother trying to take them in on the weekend you will be told "don't bring it down today we are busy" - after two phone calls and a huge argument we FINALLY got a refund on the faulty 5 week old air pump we brought from them - we were also accused of dropping the air pump in water - that would be a bit hard considering it is a huge fish tank and the air pump sits underneath in a cabinet - nice try though. These guys are ammateurs who sell cheap quality products and try to blame you when their rubbish quality products break - I would avoid this place.
