I enjoyed every moment trying on all the beautiful gowns. Can’t wait to go back and order the one.

The ladies there told my friend that she needed to lose weight or wear spanks if she wanted to look good, also told me that I would need a spray tan if I want to look nice. I don't think that a business that is targeted at making women feel beautiful should be contributing to their insecurities.

I finally collected my wedding dress after getting it cleaned -four months after I had dropped it off, and after many phone calls to ask when it would be ready - I was told that the dress was packed in a box, and it couldnt be opened for 5 years to prevent mould. Of course I did open the box to find that the dress was damaged and discoloured. I find it very hard to believe that this damage went unnoticed, as they claim. I would have been devastated if I had have opened the box after 5 years to find the dress in the state it was in, I am sure I wouldnt have had a leg to stand if I had come back to Romeo & Juliets to ask for a refund. I immediately emailed a complaint to Romeo & Juliets Bridal, 3 days later I had still not had the courtesy of a phone call or return email. I called them, and organised for them to repair the dress. Four weeks later - after again chasing them up numerous times - I picked up the dress and was shown the repair, they had repaired the damage. However the store has always claimed that the staining was due to the natural wear of the type of material. I disagree due to one hour spent trying to find this on the internet to no avail, funnily enough apparently the only way this material changes colour is due to it not being cleaned properly. I have still not received a return email, a refund, or an apology. However I was given a piece of replacement material as compensation I guess I am supposed to fix this myself!!!
