The waterway at the Northern end of Bribie Island is magical. The staff are do friendly and helpful - a full Safety and Navigational briefing done before launch - so felt so secure and OK as a new Viator.

Excellent and professionally run business. The new Owners are passionate about making sure you have a safe and magical time. All safety gear provided, no hidden costs, and reasonably priced. We had an amazing time exploring the Pumicestone Passage. Would highly recommend.

HMMMM not good. Had a booking to hire a 6 seat pontoon at 10 o'clock. The owner then informs me he has to go and get a tool to drain the water out of the hull of the pontoons. He arrives back at 10:35 with his child in tow. He then attempts to drain the hulls with little affect. The vessel was very low in the bow. It will be OK he states. He then spends 5 mins trying to remove his child from the boat. We final got going at 11:00. No safety briefing, and an anchor that is not attached to the anchor rope!!!!!! $170 not well spent, will not return. Beware, safety issues and complete lack of professionalism.
