When my partner and I approached the team in 2020, we had really good references and a good feeling about the quality of their services. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience throughout our home loan process this year (2021). As first home buyers, we were told we would be given all the information and supported needed. However, this has not happened.



It was a very confusing process, in which many different staff contacted us and provided us with different pieces of information. The person responsible for our case kept changing, and there were times we were not sure who to contact. The last staff assigned to help us seemed not to know what she was doing. She was also clearly unwilling to help and answer our questions.



Staff also took days or did not even bother to answer our emails. We had to keep reminding them about the searches and other things we needed to do.



We also got all the pre-settlement instructions/documents TWO WEEKS AFTER we had already completed pre-settlement.



Instructions for the settlement were sent TWO business days prior to our settlement, which did not give us enough time to get ready for settlement. Our settlement was one day late and we had to pay for the penalties.



And the list goes on....



My partners and I are very disappointed.
