Trying to organize delivery of item and cant contact them, no help through customer service or indication of holiday break period, they are happy to receive payment but cant arrange delivery.... disappointing

Rude and disgraceful service. Don’t bother buying from here! Look at other online reviews to see that they have a history of ripping people off! If you buy from this place you’ll buy cheap, faulty rubbish which will break down. When you return to the store a day later to seek advice, support and a refund. They will accuse you of damaging it on purpose, they do not honour your rights and rather than basic customer service you will be messed around and screwed over. Worst company to deal with, please don’t waste your hard earned money, it’s too late for us!

They will not respond too me about a faulty,very expensive item.Please go elsewhere!!!

I was trying to buy online and i was having trouble. These guys called me and sorted out my trouble. The product i bought was shipped the same day and was delivered 3 days later. The qaulity of the product was pretty good.

Too good, I had a problem with my product a few days ago after buying with warranty last year.
They took it in and fixed it for me, no worries.
Great find this shop, will definitely be back again for more

I have purchased a mulcher, electric mower, hedgers, loppers and a variety of other tools from here with no issues as of yet. I have found their staff to be more than adequate, however without having any issues with the items (they are still in use 2-3 years on) I can't rate the service with their faulty product department.

If i could give ZERO stars i would!, if you want to buy cheap tools then purchase online, as you will definitely get better customer service and support then venturing back to the store when something eventually goes wrong with your purchase, which wont be too long after you walked out with it. I purchased a tool got home to find it defective, and when i went back to get the part replaced they accused me of damaging it, when i hadn't even started it! and expected me to buy the part myself!. I said its a new unit and its got a years warranty, their response, was "who told you it was new, it wouldn't be us, only the motor is warranted". well i assumed a new unit with new paint a new motor with fresh oil and stickers was new. but i didn't see it come out of the box so it obviously I'm an idiot.
Give me a break! i kicked up a fuss and after a few customers walked in they said well we will give you the part at half price then, "we loose you loose". NO hopefully you loose as this place is a Junk Heap! and judging by some of the past posts, why would you bother going there, i know i wont be stepping foot near the place again!

GPT Ghebrial Power Tools. Absolutely shocking service. We bought a chainsaw from them didnt work right from the start. Took it back they tried to say no warranty when it clearly shows on the receipt a 90 day warranty. Just given us two weeks of lies, no chainsaw so now taking it to Consumer Affairs will go to A Current Affair if we have to. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no customer service whatsoever, stick to Bunnings and Masters they exchange with no problems. Will let everyone know how we go with Consumer Affairs.

Gpt tools. These guys are so dodgy. Their tools are crap and they don't honour warranties. They are racist against Aussies. Don't trust them and don't buy from them.
