Where to begin……, by far the worst panel beaters I’ve ever dealt with from professionalism to workmanship. If I could give minus stars that still wouldn’t truly reflect how bad they actually were. I took my car to them in December, was told it’ll be done mid Jan, called to ask when it’ll be done they kept saying next week next week next week with a new and improved excuse, ended up getting my car back on the 15th of February. Once I had gotten it back I had seen a few issues,

- Engine light was lit up on the dash

- Tyre hadn’t been changed

- Bullbar was scratching headlights

- Cables weren’t secure and hanging downs

- Bonnet protector was missing

- Wheel enlightenment wasn’t done

- Making a terrible noise when turning

Called them the following day to discuss the problems with the car, they were absolutely no help over the phone, ended up going back to the shop for them to rectify the problems which took them another week and a bit to rectified. Come back to collect my car from them to only have half the problems fixed and to be told that’s all they can do for me. I ended up going somewhere else to fix all the errors made by S and J and now my car is finally back to normal, no thanks to the boys and their limited skills and abilities at S and J.

Absolutely amazing work guys great service and straight up front

I have known S & J Smash repairs over a period of 30 years. Every time I have an accident, without fail, they always attend to me in the most professional manner, friendly staff, excellent customer service, my car comes out looking like new. I would like to thank them and highly recommend them to anyone.

S & J smash repairs are the best repairers in Melbourne. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent Customer Service, Brilliant workmanship and I cannot thank them enough for always assisting me.

Absolutely appalling service. No thing called customer service over here. Don't know why they're preferred by the insurance company.
