Worst Shop in Campbelltown for customer Service UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ARROGANT & AGGRESSIVE below one star. I went in there on Saturday early morning to have a flat tyre fixed, they noted it all down. Then come Sunday a 3pm i still havent heard from them so i rang. I was talking to a women on the phone then a man got on the phone to tell me that they fixed the tyre and the crank. I asked the crank the male replied yes because it was lose and the charge would be extra $10.00. I replied the cranks was fixed last time when i brought it in, and this time i only wanted the tyre tube replaced. The man started yelling on the phone to someone that i didnt want to pay for it and called someone to see the job request card. I said at that point i didnt receive any phone calls about it being lose or if i wanted it fixed. The male then said we will losen it to the way it was and return it back in the same condition. I replied what do you mean losen it - (I'm thinking safety for my son). I said to the man if i received a phone call that the crank would need tightening or fixing I would have just asked to replace the part. "I know" there was no issues with the crank before i took it in there. The male replied come and pick it up.

30 minutes later I arrived at the shop. I male brought the bike, he was yelling very arrogantly loud sorry he said. I replied you were quite rude on the phone, then the man started aggressively yelling at his other male staff that did the work that i wanted him sacked. No i never said i was not going to pay for it and never said about any one being sacked. I asked him to look at the way he was speaking to me and if he can see the point that if i took my car at the mechanic and they did work without telling me how that would look. The man then said you dont have to pay for it just leave. I think this was a tactic to RIPE ME OFF for extra work that i never approved or ordered. But now they have been busted and i have questioned them over it - this man is becoming aggressively defensive. I can see there are some serious behavioral and mental health issues with this person as i would very strongly not recommend this store to anyone.
