Steve's knowledge has been unsurpassed. He found us a great rate on our land loan and also set up a loan for our new build. During the process, he showed us spreadsheet examples of why it would be better to do it a certain way. And then more recently he approached the bank and ask for a rate discount and as with everything Steve does he excelled and we now have a substantial discount on our loans. Thanks once again Steve
