EMS responded quickly to our initial request and when they had a cancellation today, they called and said they could come a few days earlier. We were pretty happy as our Evap Cooling was not working and it has been super hot. Paul explained everything to us, showed us the part that wasn't working, gave us a few pointers and was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

I paid for a service on my heater, and to fix the heater as it had stopped working and although i was told it was the fan and an electrical fault I was not allowed to look at the fan.
I did not trust the serviceman the way he snuck out so i checked his work and found he did not do the service yet charged me for it.emails confirm he admitted forgetting he did not do the job so another man was sent out to do the service.If you call out EMS do so at your own risk.check there work on completion.

I am writing to share my disappointment with this company. I had received a letter in April saying my gas ducted heating was due for service before Winter. So I rang up and made an appointment for the last week in May. 3 cancelations later and no apologies for this, and no offer to send out another service man instead. The operator was rude and could not offer any other help. Subsequently my heater went into spanner mode and shut down over the weekend, leaving mewith a disabled son no access toheating. No impressed!!!!
