AVOID THIS HAIRDRESSER AT ALL COSTS. no money is worth this! My girlfriend went here on the referral of her close friend who said this was the best hairdresser she has ever been to and was very reasonably priced. To my girlfriends disappointment, the lady there was rude and not very understanding and rough as **** as noted by previous user Emily O. and requests to take it easy fell on deaf ears. my girlfriend said it felt as her hair was been pulled out by the roots when brushed and the hair cut was appalling and completely uneven on both sides of the head. my girlfriend ended up going to another hair dresser to get this mess fixed.

I had keratin done on my hair and it has damaged my hair!! About 3 inches of my hair have been fried and I am loosing more hair than normal. When she was doing my keratin she was pulling quite hard and using an old ratty brush, I ask her if she could be more gentle and she said "oh your sensitive" I said no I am not you are just pulling my hair. I have had keratin done many times over the years and never have I had this problem. It is meant to a treatment for your hair and it has made it worse! I tried calling and talking to the owner (Adriana) and she told me that there was nothing she could do and a refund was not possible. NEVER GO HERE
