This is the second time I have dealt with Franklin Bell and have been extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient service provided. Very happy and will be calling again when disaster strikes :)

I cannot reccomend this business. I called them for a quote on a thursday, wanting to get some power outlets installed, a light fixed, and shed power connected. They told me they would have an electrician call me back.

The electrician called back about an hour later and said he would need to look at the house to properly quote me. I said that was fine, and he said he could come to look on Monday afternoon after he finished his last job at 2:30. I made sure to explain that the house was out in Pinjarra, and asked if that would be a problem, and he said it wouldn't.

At about 12:30 on Monday I got a text that read as follows: "Hi Jake something has come up and I won't be able to help you with the electrical job in Pinjarra sorry mate. Regards, Jaun".

Notice it doesn't just say "i won't be able to make it today", but rather makes it sound like he is refusing the job outright.

I called the company directly to find out what was going on, and was somewhat abruptly told that I would get a call back soon, so I thanked her and hung up. At 4:30 that afternoon I called back to say I still hadn't been told what the issue was, and she very rudely told me "I just work on the desk ok? I don't know what the electricians are doing." I just gave a disbelieving chuckle and said "ok, thanks" and hung up.

Save yourself the hassle and call a different contractor.
