I have had a great service experience with Hilton Plumbing. Very tidy, polite and friendly. He replaced a gas booster unit, tempering valve and tank pressure taps, quoted and done in a morning.

I was very disappointed in their unprofessional service. I changed electric hot water system. They said they need to change pipes so there was extra charge from the initial quote. They had to run 3 tests to solve water leakage but they left without fixing the leak. I had to get them to come back 2 times; first with the same plumber and second with other plumber which I requested, but once they received the payment, they didn't even bother look closely and solve the problem. All they did was to tighten it and didn't even run the test properly to check if it's leaking again. I was very disappointed in their attitude. There was no apologies. I had to get my work off to stay home several times and spent lot of money for the job. It is not worth the money

The plumber sent out to me was a very nice, polite young man who answered all my questions and was happy to chat.

My gas stove does not get the clicking sound and all of them stopped at the same time and I checked the power point and its working . I called hilton and I explained the issue and told the model number but they mentioned they have to come and analyze and told that there will be call out fee which I was ok . The technican came and listened and he mentioned that the transformer i snot working and will get the part and will Quote. He just took the photo of the model number which is already known to them . I got a quote of 754 to replace that and when I asked why its so much they told they need to have a plumber to disconnect and connect the gas pipe. I told there is a switch which can be disconnected and dont require a plumber and I also checked with other bosch repairs. dont think 729 +129 will be the fee for changing a transformer for solving a ignition problem. They also mentioned they would need a licensed Gas fitter to disconnect the appliance as the appliance technician does not have his gas ticket. If Bosch have stated that, then you are more than welcome to get bosch out the repair the appliance. We already start with 129 call out fee negative for no good reason and then quote ridicule amount to change and telling that the technican dont have a gas ticket thats why they need 754 additional not sure they are professional. I well never hire Hilton and the same job is quoted for 1/3 by a bosch certified appliance repair.

They were able to come out quickly, provided clear explanation of what the process was, indication of costs upfront, and how to prevent recurrence of issue. Very polite, and tidied up afterwards!

Bryan at Hilton Plumbing was exceptional today. We rang to get a new hot water system, they arrived with the unit and had it installed and working within a few short hours of our initial call...they even removed the packaging rubbish and old system so I had no mess to clean up. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. absolutely thrilled, thanks Hilton Plumbing, I will definitely recommend your services to others.

Plumber comes in and replaces outside tap and two washes in a bedroom and invoices me $400 for 30 minutes work - so let me get this straight the charge out rate for plumbers is now is $750/hour - assuming cost of tap and washers is $25.

The use of a fixed fee is inappropriate when you overemphasis the work to be done to my wife. Be careful of these clowns they hide behind the minimum fee to over quote knowing they will probably get away with this as the client knows they will be short $110 from the start.Take my advise get another quote before you engage this business.

A huge thanks to Richard for completing all of the plumbing jobs we had around the house ranging from the new hot water system, new shower head, new taps and hand spray all this morning. All done with no fuss or mess. Straight-forward and honest about which system was best for us. Great customer service from the office too and they always got back to me.
