Hire King

As a customer you don't want to be disrepected when you hand over 550 cash but with this company. The owner is rude. In the area he has the most to offer for what we needed but Will be using Mainevent willeton as have never had been disrespected. Table were dirty yet this is what he said to me. Chair had numbers on them and raffle tickets stuck underneath. Bar chair are very poor quality scratched up and we're also dirty had to wipe all product down when setting up.

Completly disappointed with the service and support from Hire King. The main spotlight failed during a big show leaving months of training and practice lost in the dark with many unamused customers.

With such little understanding of their product they couldn't explain why. The man working that day litterally told us we should have hired a second light as backup. As if the first wasn't expensive enough.



Utterly unapologetic and obsessively reluctant to offer any sort of refund on their failing product. Showed no care, sympathy or support.



If your event is of any importance I couldn't recommend using these people. They simply didn't seem to care.
