Do not waste your time here.

I made an appointment for 9am for a specific eye test.

The appointment was made a week in advance.

The staff could see me sitting outside the shop for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open at 9am.

At 8.57am, a staff member called to say we won’t be able to do that specific test today because we haven’t booked enough time and asked me to reschedule.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
