As with any builder something's were done well (even very well) and others were pretty poor.

Where they really fell down though was taking responsibility for their stuff ups . All through the building process they continued to indicate that they could solve a problem they created early in the piece and then when it became evident it could not be resolved, they switched tack and told us, that "Contractually they were in the right" and "Morally we had no claim", so one can only wonder whether they were leading us on all through the contract to avoid having to deal with the problem at the time.

As a company to deal with when things go wrong, I found them totally lacking in any customer care or a sense of responsibility for their own actions.

Would recommend that anyone considering building with them looks closely at other options.
