Bubs N Grubs

This company has delivered a broken and unsafe cot to my front door and will not take any responsibility for their product which I bet came out of their factory damaged.I contacted them immediately and They claim the delivery driver had contact with me only I was out walking when it arrived ! so therefore it must my fault !!!! Not sure how or why.

Despite receiving numerous promises that my product would soon arrive, it didn't come for four months. When I complained and asked for a refund they refused. The customer service person (who didn't give their name) was unsympathetic and rude.

We have purchased several time both in store and online. Every time and every experience has been exceptional. Their people remember us by name and know what we have and have not got yet and go out of their way to give us good advice when we ask. Delivery has been fast and after sales service has been great. I highly recommend.

The advice from their team was awesome, the staff that work there are just great to deal with. They always remember me and treat me well. I love their products and service. Thank you!!

I purchased x2 Cybex baby rockers from Bubs n Grubs in Morningside. Within a few months, x1 of them cracked & collapsed. (Mind you, the product was used by a baby only a few months old & under the weight threshold as stated on this product manufacturers website). I submitted the issue to Bubs n Grubs and they and Cybex after months of bringing the issue to their attention denied that it was a fault within the product and left me in the dark. They DO NOT HONOR their warranties or any guarantee... if they can make an excuse to leave you out of pocket instead of them... they will find it and use it against you. They have no intention to make a customer happy or listen to their worries.



I will be pursuing this further & will not let them or Cybex treat honest customers like this and think they can get away with it. I actually went and purchased a 3rd Lemo baby rocker (stupidly thinking they would honour the warranty on the faulty product & admit fault and obtain a refund) But i have seen no refund or willingness by both parties involved to make me happy or even admit the fault of their product.



PS. my baby fell and hurt himself as it snapped whilst he was sitting on this Cybex Lemo bouncer. so beware !

The company refused to cancel my order and provide a full refund, even though I had phoned immediately after placing the online order. My daughter now has to wait for 3 months without the stroller while we wait for their slow delivery. Their service is appalling and policies outdated. Will never use their services again.

Difficult and rude to deal with. Purchase was wrong due to misleading and falsely advertised item. Refused to do any kind of refund or exchange. Obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. Very negative experience. Shop elsewhere with positive customer service.

Very disappointing experience with this retailer. We purchased some Block Out Blinds for our nursery and the blinds were defective - they barely stick to the windows at all. When we tried to return the product to the store we were informed that because the package was open, they wouldn't refund it. Did they expect us to discovered the defect without opening it? Not only is this a breach of Australian Consumer Law, it goes against their own returns policy! We will be following up, but I'd encourage other shoppers to steer clear.

We spent hours in many stores and the only store that gave us great advice and truly listened to us was Bubs n Grubs. The products they recommended were awesome and they gave us a package deal to buy multiple things from them.



The people who work there really know their products and were able to answer every question and demonstrate the products and differences perfectly. On top of that, we saved a lot of money. This is my go to baby store.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. We cancelled the order and were verbally told it would be cancelled and not be sent, then 3 weeks later we where contacted by the courier via email requesting to deliver. We advised the courier to return to sender as there was a mistake made. We then contacted Bubs and Grubs only to be told that they had not agreed to a refund or a return! Do not purchase anything from this company they are dishonest!
