Been going to the same doctor for 10 years. Absolutely recommend the doctors. All the receptionists are very helpful. Except the receptionist Dee is Absolutely rude on the phone and in person. I avoid dealing with her . It maybe my tattoo but everytime I get her she has a rude attitude. I don't get pleasure reviewing her but it has to be said. I've told my doctor about her.

Opportunists

I'm a disability support worker who went to get a Covid-19 test as a precaution because I wasn't feeling well. I received a negative result but advised to continue self-isolating. I had a cracking headache and required a prescription, I've received several times from the dotter I've been seeing there for years, for something a little stronger than panadol, which you used to get over the counter. They charged me $75 for a "phone consultation" that literally lasted less than a minute... It was the last straw of many. I'm done with this place. Time to find a new doctor...

Rude staff. Rang to get an appointment as they advertise bulk billing. Made the appointment, to then be told that it will be $65 consultation. Then when i said i was looking for bulk billing, the receptionist became quite rude, abrupt and hung up on me.
