Over the years we have used Mal and his team to do many small domestic jobs. Mal and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with from my wife’s computer stoping and he arrived in an hour wow, to all the switches fans stove replacement anything and everything electrical. Can’t thank the Farnham team enough.

We booked Mal in to replace 4 down lights in our daughters bedroom with new LED lights. Not being electricians ourselves, my husband asked a few questions in relation to the installation, type of lights to be installed and a rough estimate of cost. After booking the job in, my husband received a call back from Mal advising he wouldn't be taking the job after all as he "didn't have a good vibe about it". My husband was told "You just want a cheap job and you are questioning my 40 years of experience". This was never the case, but with that attitude we were more than happy to cancel him & give the job to someone else who deserves the work. Over the years we have never experienced this behavior from a tradie....totally unacceptable. We have absolutely no issue paying a fair price for quality work, however, we have the right to ask questions when we are paying customers & it is our home. We have since had another electrician come out on the same day who was more than happy to assist & didn't speak to us in a condescending manner. They did a great job & were finished in 20 minutes & we'd be happy to give them any future work. We would never recommend Mal & in fact, we will happily tell friends, family and colleagues of our experience. No matter whether the job is big or small he doesn't deserve the business.

We use Farnham Electrical Service for all our workshop needs. Found them to be professional and thorough in the work they do. We also use them at home for all those little jobs like changing a ceiling fan or adding an additional power point or light etc. When you need to fix something that just needs to be done they always do their best to get there.

Mal responded on 3 hours' notice on the first working day after Christmas to fix our hot water system. Fast and friendly service, at reasonable cost. Recommended!
