I engaged this law firm to handle both a property settlement and a divorce application. I specifically instructed them, in writing, to make the application on a certain date. This was not done. Significant financial repercussions would have occurred had I died before the divorce decree was granted.

Their stated reply was: " Our legal team acted on all relevant instructions. We acknowledge that timing of actions was not always to your satisfaction. ".



A legal team member had made an appointment to telephone to discuss matters. This did not occur. The subsequent excuse given was that the person's dog had become ill and had to be taken to the vet.
