Never again

Our initial contact with TDM was good. The guys came out promptly and measured up and showed us samples. Deposit was paid and glass ordered. 7 days later when 2 different fellows came to do the install, they were unable to because the glass was damaged (even though it is supposed to be checked before leaving their workshop). We asked them to hold it against the space anyway so we could see what the colour looked like. I'm glad we did because the glass had been cut 6mm longer than we requested at the initial measure and quote. As the glass had to be re-ordered anyway due to the damage it wasn't an issue, the guys re-measured and recorded the correct size and went on their way. I then contacted the office manager Deb, to advise of the problem. I also requested the Invoice be re-issued as after checking my quote and invoice I noticed they had not recorded the size I had ordered on either document. At this point Deb became extremely rude and argumentative. Accusing us of lying to them about what we had done with our cabinetry and that there is no possible way that the guys who did the original quote had made a mistake. I pointed out that the glass needed to be re-ordered anyway, so placing blame was not only pointless, but irrelevant. In the end, they cancelled our order and refunded our deposit. This has now set our project back and I would definitely not have proceeded with them after the unprofessional and rude treatment we received from Deb.
