Timms Curtain House

Timms Curtain House have gone into liquidation and I wanted express my disappointment with Nathan's handling of the situation. Anyone that had orders sitting in their shop waiting to be installed was given the opportunity to go and collect their blinds/curtains. The gorgeous Sara and Brianna were there to 'face the music' and were yelled at by understandably upset customers, but Nathan was nowhere to be seen. Shame on you Nathan. We just did our third house (third house not completed because of errors made by Timms) and always found the quality of their work and Bev's service to be second to none, but unfortunately Nathan has fallen well short of the mark. Very disappointing that he has caused financial stress to so many people, especially his suppliers that I assume have not been paid either.

Timms Curtain House provided a very professional and committed service. They are true to their philosophy of listening, solving and caring. Thanks to Tom and Bev for excellent service and a very superior product.
