On Guard Security

I'll start with the positive which is 5% of the feedback, Rob installed our installation, it was a good installation and a job was well done. On the negative side this would be 95%! Rob seems to think he has the right to be the sole owner of your admin user code. I have been for over a year trying to get this changed. He does know it but has lied and will not impart the code so i can change it. Robs attitude also can be a little disturbing and recently very threatening. I have had to go to the NSW Fair Trading to try and get the password/reset. For the sheer hassle and aftercare customer service and bad attitude I would not recommend this Company for any Security work as his cameras are not secure and can be hacked at any time . In essence AVOID!
