What a circus!!!!

This circus is run by a bunch of clowns.

Very prompt in requesting a 5 star review prior to work being done.

Warranty work not completed as agreed with no guarantee the glass upgrade I paid for was even supplied.

Many promises that they will call you back but they don't.

Wish there was a NO STAR option.

I have recently extended my house. Regency were the most incompetent supplier. They have failed to measure correctly on two occasions. I had to chase them to fix the problem. I would suggest giving this company a wide berth. They are stubborn and pathetic.

End job was fine,but many wrong measurements later,& over 5 mths later,many phone calls later,to be asked to be put through to Manager either busy or would phone us,which never happened,not really happy with final payment but just wanted to see the back end of Regency.Like Bec L I will not be advertising Regency.

We recently received prompt service from Regency in Newcastle to measure built-in wardrobes for 3 rooms in our home. The rep was friendly, helpful and offered us a 10% discount if we were happy to wait until after Christmas. We declined the offer as we really needed these in before Christmas. The rep said that this would not be an issue. Thats where the customer service stopped!

Acceptance emailed on the 21st November as per the direction from the rep. We called Regency on the 30th December after hearing no news to be told that they had lost our confirmation. They acknowledged receiving it but hadnt acted on it. Today (Monday 2nd December), we have been told that they were sorry and that we would have to wait now. Nothing that they could do. I asked to speak to the Manager and had been told that the manager was already aware of the error and was refusing to attempt to correct their error. I was told that you dont need to speak to the manager as it wont change, I explained that I wanted a more positive resolution to the situation. I was then told you know that retail is only a very small part of our business and the rep shouldnt have promised you anything.

I can see why Retail is a small part of their business if this is the way they treat all of their customers! Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend Regency to anyone
