PANDORA

Very unhappy with the customer service at the Carindale Pandora store. A girl named Rylee gave me a wrong-sized ring even after I've repeatedly asked her for a size 48, she assured me that it was the right size although I've told her that it felt too big on my fingers. I ended up buying the ring anyway because the employee had told me it was the smallest size, and even on the receipt it was written as 'size 48'. Because I own other rings from Pandora in that size, I went home and compared the two. Turns out she actually gave me a size 52 (it was engraved on the inside of the ring) but on the receipt she put in size 48. So I had to return to the store this afternoon (I don't even live near that area, I only went back just because of this) hoping for an exchange. Another girl was serving me and I explained the whole situation, clearly not being happy with the incident but to my surprise I didn't receive any initial apologies. All she said was 'okay' and 'let me grab the right size for you'. Absolutely disgusting attitude, it was your mistake to begin with and I had to come back because of you, I expected at least a single apology before you said anything else. Not happy at all with the lack of decency in your customer service, will not be returning to the Carindale Pandora store if your employees do not value customer service properly.

Even though Pandora sells beautiful items their costumer service is shocking and they go against their word. Spent over $200 on bracelets and charms to then get told that I can not exchange the bracelet even though I still have the receipt which said you can exchange if you change your mind, no longer like or want the item, it's the wrong type or size within 14 days. It was only 10 days after I had brought the bracelet and was told that no I had to buy a brand new one leaving me with a brand new bracelet that would sit around collecting dust. The lady who served me was rude and didn't even try to help me solve the problem just said to buy the new bracelet.

Not even worth the one star but I had to chose at least one to get this review posted
