I took my CX 9 in today and I was met by extremely friendly staff. They gave me a ballpark quote for the full car service and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call ahead of the time. They then gave me the bill which was also a lot less than I was expecting to pay. Based on this experience they have a customer for life.

Took my car in at short notice and got charged $246 less than my usual mechanic!

As i left Belgrave automotive i couldnt help but feel slightly ripped off i got charged 7 dollars for an environmental levy by what ive read is not a goverment related fee at all is just put in by mechanics to make more more off you also got charged for "workshop expendables" 11 dollars shouldnt the business owner be paying for those or shouldnt it be calculated into labor fees etc i got charged $62 dollars for 4.5 litres of penrite fuel which was RRP at $52 at supercheap auto for 5 litres and $142 for for servicing labor... i got quoted between 2-300 which was reasonable but they didnt do anything special to my car and i got charged $305 so why mention 200 when they know flat rate is 300 more or less my car needed only 2 stop lights aswell as the service which was 6 dollars nice enough guy who owns the shop but i felt asif they were giving me a run for my money...would only recommend if you were desperate
