Couldn't ask for more. Tanks were empty and AA turned up promptly to fill them at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Ordered water on Thursday got a call 5.30pm on Friday to say water would be delivered the following morning (Saturday) instead of Friday.

After calling 3 times throughout Saturday, a bearded tattooed brut of a man turned up around 6.30pm and started laying into and swearing my older mother about the fact that he had been working 28hrs straight!!

As if this is OUR fault?..

I told him to stop- he said he wouldn’t give us the water- so I said for him to leave and take his business elsewhere.

Im almost at the point of calling police I am so upset.

To blame the customer for your inability to deliver a service & THEN turn up late and start abusing to an older person is truely disgusting and beyond unprofessional.

Then as if this wasn’t enough, this brut walks off and yells out- “you need us more than we need you”

That’s what you think pal. No one needs your abuse or pathetic “service”.

What a despicable business. Have used them here and there over the years- this was the final straw.

Will be discouraging anyone and everyone from using this pathetic excuse of a business!!

Great service usually same day service depending on how busy we are and if we can't get there jodi will try to get another carrier for you she is really great thanks AAWATER2U.

A client had water delivered and an incident ensued where water spewed from the tank into the house causing damage. The owner of this business was called and an obscene amount of profanity flew down the phone. Zero empathy, zero responsibility. Our opinion - all is good until their “new guy” stuffs up!
