Alex helped us complete our bathroom renovation in our original bathroom and new bathroom. He waterproofed and tiled from floor to ceiling using mosaic and large tiles with great attention to detail. Very neat and clean and takes a lot of pride in his work.
Would recommend if you need a job done properly, cleanly and reliably

This company may know how to lay tiles well, but falls hopelessly short when it comes to business interactions. Throughout the entire process they were rude and condescending. We were willing to put up with it in exchange for good work - our mistake.
Two weeks before the tiling was due to start with us, they told me they were too busy to complete our job, and left it at that. No referral to a colleague who might be available. No apology.
We had already paid them for the floor-levelling work theyd done, plus $66 they was meant to keep this as a deposit. Since they had cancelled on us, I asked them to name a time for me to come collect this money. They said theyd call me over the following two days and bring it to me. They didnt call. A week later, I rang them again and we finally arranged for me to meet at their job site today.
They had been very amicable about returning the cash, and were amicable about handing it back. I was about to leave the site when they said actually, Ive been thinking, and I had to come to your apartment to look at the job a couple of times. Were you planning on paying me for that?
I was so stunned by the audacity of the question that I just asked them what they thought would be a reasonable rate for that time. They gestured to the cash theyd just handed it over. Again, I was so stunned by this that I just handed it back.
Thinking it over, its not really the cash that bothers me. Yes, its money that they didnt earn. But I can wear the loss of $66. Its that this entire set of behaviours the rudeness throughout the job, cancelling so close to the start date, indicating that they had no issue returning the money, then failing to get in touch, then actually handing it over but THEN asking for it back immediately thereafter thats just not a way to do business. Its bad practice. Its incredibly unprofessional.
The whole thing has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY.
