I took my sunglasses here to get my left lens repaired as it was damaged. The day I went to pick them up, The right lens was damaged. I asked What is going on here? Why is this damaged? They played dumb. I said I only needed the left lens repaired, the right lense was perfect! They proceeded to tell me it will cost me to get it repaired. I told them there is no way I am paying for damage that they had caused after arguing. They finally agreed to repair at their cost. I called them now to find out if my sunglasses are ready to be picked up and was told the frame is now broken and it will need to be repaired at my cost Are you serious? Is this how you run your business to make money? I am clearly not the first one that this has happened to , look at the Google reviews. You have also done this to others. I have attached a photo of another review very very similar situation. Their excuse is the glasses are old. My sunnies are two years old and I look after them. There are people that have glasses for over 10 years and have never had issues with their lenses or frames so stop making up excuses . I was also told that old glasses are not covered under warranty however this has never been brought to my attention at all this whole time after speaking to numerous people that work there . if I knew that then I would’ve probably organised a whole new pair. I will be taking this further to stop them ripping people off with their dishonesty, be warned and save yourself a massive headache! And money!
