Lazy Moe's

Be careful of your Bill. CHECK IT OVER & OVER AGAIN. These people are ver DISHONEST. They charged us for items that were never ordered and for items they mistakenly brought to the table.

I ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc dry white wine and was brought a glass of Moscato sweet wine. Told the female Manager that I ordered a SB and not the Moscato. She took the drink away. Then I see that I have been charged for this wine that I never drank and was THEIR MISTAKE to begin with.

The Marinara I ordered was like a lump of glue on the plate. It was AWFUL. So I asked for some chilli 🌶 to make it edible. I was charged $2.50 for the chilli. I have NEVER paid for chilli at any other restaurant in my life. There were 16 people at our table and the total bill was over $800. Some of them were charged twice for the same drink. One person was charfed $4.90 for the 1st Coke he ordered & $8.90 for the 2nd Coke drink. How is this even possible????



I DONT recommend Lazy Moes at all. Very disappointed with their dishonesty and the poor quality of Customer Service.

A group of 16 went to Lazy Moe's in Caroline Springs last Saturday and spent $840.00 we will not be going there again, the food was ok but 2 of our group were charge $32 each for one Vodka and Lemon Lime & Bitters, what a rip off when the manger Amnol, was questioned on the price she said they charge separate $21 for the vodka and $10.90 for the LLB although both drinks were in the same glass, unbelievable. And LM's charged for double vodka which wasn't asked for, it is on the food bill as double. This complaint has gone to head office and will also be going to Liquor Commission as illegal to sell doubles in Victorian restaurants. They have lost us. Will not go or recommend them again.
