Very unprofessional receptionist as I’ve phoned them to find information and book thinking I would get notified about everything I needed to know. Gave me a hourly rate said gst was included and insurance covered… did not mention a drive back to depot fee which was charged on top of the hourly rate at the end of the move. Got charged $500 for 3 hours at 145 plus $50 depot fee which was under charged anyway for one trip.



The movers stopped to get a drink which technically should be done on their time not a paying customers time. Plus kept stopping and chatting while moving items.



Called to address it with their receptionist and was quite rude and had a bad attitude. Told me depot address was in Nerang their website tells me Carrara And found another address for them in Coomera



Would most definately not recommend !!!!
