The installer Ash came and impressed me by showing the material he will use and provided a reasonable quote. I agreed and accepted his quote even though I got cheaper quote elsewhere but because of good reviews in hipage website I believed he will do good job.

After four weeks of installing two gates, two bottom screws of one gate fall off. Then I called and texted Ash the owner and installer of this business multiple occasions to fix it. He promised several times over the phone that he is going to fix it but never came. Don't hire this guy.
