Kitchens U Build

We had our kitchen installed just under two years ago. We found that from the measure to planning and installation, all was very professional. They even went out of their way when we had to delay to put the island in after the floor installation. Hayley herself came over to make sure that all was correct. A couple of things needed Paul to come back for, as they were under the pump, so close to Christmas. But nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for professionalism in making and installing our new kitchen.

Very poor customer service. Damaged product delivered. then over 6 wk wait for replacement panels only to be told that they would not be replacing all the panels as they deemed the damage to be within an acceptable level
