Merino Snug

I just donated $120 to merino snug - shame its not tax deductable! Bought a poncho and didnt realise till afterwards how much it shed, after two handwashes and a phone call to them i got advice to machine wash on delicate cold cycle. It shed alot in the machine and showed no signs of abating so i sent it back and was told it was normal shedding and showed signs of being overwashed and i could have it back which i declined!! Terrible customer service!
