Always willing to help and regularily cut Grass and hedges do a really good job and spray for weeds always clear up behind them

Terrible... In every way. Save yourself the time and trouble and avoid at all costs

Refuse to give price, after numerous requests by phone and email. Then invoice ridiculous amounts. Email query on price met with childish and rude response. I sacked them last year, thinking I would not have to deal with them again. BUT On Tuesday, they have smashed my car windscreen when mowing yard next door. Using wrong equipment in small space.



Failure to observe Health & Safety concerns.

Failed to notify of damage caused.

Failed to respond to communication.



Subject: Notice of Damage to Personal Property

Problem: On Tuesday mid morning, 6.6.23; your "Grass Groomers" workman damaged my vehicle. They were mowing at {address withheld for neighbor's privacy} and regularly enter onto my property at {address withheld}. This time a rock was thrown, smashing the windscreen on my Mercedes Benz ML 350, which is parked in my carport.



Next time it could be a FATAL or serious injury to a client, family member, pet, assistance animal or a house window. The rock could have hit one of my grandchildren, pregnant daughter, visitors or myself.



The behaviour of failing to address the issue raises great concerns regarding the health and safety of the people and property that are impacted by this business.

Requests for quotes and invoices ignored. I queried the invoice and was met with adolescent response blaming me.

Used this company for almost a year and have found them to be incredibly reliable and always do such a fantastic job.
