They expected me to contact the manufacturer and tried to avoid dealing with it. After a number of visits and not having the problem resolved I spoke to the store manager and he then tried again to avoid dealing with the issue. His final statement was "They will either replace it under warranty or you pay for it. I don't care".

"I don't care" summarises their after sales support attitude.
