James Physiotherapy

I suffered a shoulder injury 5 years ago, where a tore a tendon.

For the past 5 years, the pain was gradually increasing and making use of my arm very difficult. I would wake up several times at night in pain... I was seeing a local Physiotherapist, it was a costly exercise, with no improvement if anything things were getting worse, it got to the point where I was crying in pain... the Physio I was seeing told me that there was no cure I had to live with it..... I decided to get a second opinion, I came to James Physiotherapy, I was blessed to see James, I told him I was told there was no cure, James said: that is only a statistic, 8 out of 10 might not get over this, but what if you are within the 2 percent? ...

Well now after seeing James 5 times, I am free of pain, able to do things I was not able to do before!! I can sleep and not wake up in pain!!
