No assistance at all in dealing with the insurance company.

Worst experience ever. They took nearly a month to send a plumbers report. The report and photos did not even identify the major damage. They were extremely rude and vague when I asked questions about the damage in my home. They refused to let me speak with the plumber who inspected my property. They over quoted for the cost of repair. The report had conflicting information to other plumbers reports. Even the other plumbers commented how bad the report was from this company!
