I contacted Tony and his team MONTHS before the expiry date of my student visa to apply for the 485 (Graduate visa). They were happy to take my case and they presented themselves very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, JUST A WEEK before the expiry date of my visa Tony called and told me that they didn´t want to take my case because it was too risky for them. They would take it only if I accepted to do the application under my name and not theirs, otherwise I could have a refund. I guess they didn´t want to ruin their reputation.



I decided to get a refund and I´m very happy I did.



Despite the stress and the waste of time and money, a different lawyer help me with my case in ONE WEEK (and did the applicaton under his name) and MY VISA WAS APPROVED.
