Go Cutz

I want to get the $26 seniors cut at the Go Cutz shop in Chatswood, Sydney today A sign at the desk said $30 limit for EFTPOS. So it seems that the only way u can get a $26 seniors cut is to pay by cash - during a pandemic when people are being encouraged to pay by card and not handle cash. There is no sign saying that seniors cuts are cash only. Go Cutz is effectively offering a discount which it won’t deliver on. I hope the $30 EFTPOS limit sign is gone next time I go there, otherwise I will be going somewhere else.

We had a terrible experience at this salon today. The hairdresser couldn't speak English. My son walked out with a buzz cut which was not what was asked for. When I questioned this, the hairdresser started yelling at us and creating a scene. The Manager was no better. Awful exp. My son who already suffers from anxiety is suffering terribly today. I will have to deal with ramifications from the school and he will have to deal with teasing. Unfortunately there was a massive miscommunication. A mistake is one thing, but what really matters is how it is dealt with afterwards. This salon has no idea of customer service, let alone how to cut. Do not go this salon.
