Summit Air Travel

Summit Air Travel Agent manager is a big lier. I bought a ticket from him and paid the same day but he changed my booking to a different day without notifying me!

Please be aware and stay away of them!



Here is the story: I made a booking and paid for my ticket on the same dsy but I didn't receive my ticket. 3 weeks later I checked my booking online to print my ticket myself but I couldn't find my booking online. The website said "it doesn't exist" so I contacted the airline and by using my name they were able to find my ticket but my return was booked for 2 days later than my original request. I asked the airline why that happened? they said "Summit Air Travel did not pay for the booking within the limited time frame  for the payment so airline cancelled my booking and then Summit air travel created a new booking again 3 weeks later".

I contacted Summit Air Travel and asked them why they did that without notifying me? They denied that they did that but after explaining to them and proving my word by showing them my evidence from the airline (emails and booking references  and live chat scripts) they realized that they can't lie anymore and they apologize for it. But this was too late. I don't trust them anymore and don't recommend this travel agent to anybody.
